As part of a grant, the California Adolescent Health Collaborative needed to create a handbook containing work sheets, questionnaires, handouts and other materials that could be utilized by health care professionals and counselors working with adolescents. We took all of the separate pieces of information and organized it, redesigned it and added stock photography, creating this clean and easy to use notebook.
